PROJECTS

Video Installation Inspired by my first ride on the Coney Island roller coaster night for the first time, the experience was so different than riding in the day. The neon lights passing through my eyes got me thinking about the fluid, ephemeral feeling of lights and speed at night. Mainly using Touch Designer, the footage of the ride in first person turned into a fluid light show that is totally different than the actual footage, encouraging people to go try it out in some way.

Project Summary Architecture Projection for White Magnolia Plaza in The Bund, Shanghai This is a group project done for the White Magnolia Plaza in Shanghai. The building is aiming for showing the theme of innovation. As a team of 10 people, we created a 3-minute long video that is aimed to be projected on the building during the whole period of the winter festival. For my part, I did an ice lion statue accompanied by a lotus flower.
