My Journey from Interactive Media to UX Design

I am always interested in computers and art, fascinated by the meeting point between art and technology. So I studied Interactive Media Arts at NYU wanting to create interactive experiences that tell a story. However I realized that my knowledge of compassion with users and story narration needs to be put in a more useful way, and I discovered UX design. I believe that collaborating with people to improve the experience of our digital world and even solving legitimate problems that have profound impacts would make me feel more content and happy. And that's why I decided to transition to UX design.
